A teenager committed suicide at home due to depression.

17 year old Usha Salvi d/o Babu Lal Salvi resident of Adarsh Chowk in Badi Holi colony committed suicide on Thursday. It was probably due to depression that the young girl ended her life. Dhanmandi police and family members of Usha are of the opinion that it was only tension which made Usha take her own life.

Usha Salvi hung herself from the fan on the second floor of her house. Babu Lal Salvi was at his cycle store when Usha committed suicide. Police sent over Usha’s body to MB hospital for post-mortem. Usha’s mobile is now in police custody.

Police will go through her mobile details to find out possible links that led Usha to commit suicide. As per Family members, Usha had stopped attending school in the past two months. She stayed at home and mostly used to be upset.
