Female bikers who are part of the Udaipur Police Patrol team will be given martial arts training by internationally acclaimed martial arts specialist Rajkumar Menaria.
Sudhir Joshi, Additional Superintendent of Police, City, informed that 20 members of the female patrol team will be trained in two batched under the command of their commander incharge Kamla Bunkar.
Menaria is a six-degree black belt and has received Presidential award for martial arts. He informed that the ladies will be trained in Civil Commando Star’s Mix Martial Arts. This will include training the participants in Karate, Judo, Thai Boxing, Jiu Jitsu, Kung Fu and Krav Maga.
This training will be carried out in the indoor stadium at Sensei Raj Academy of self defense & fitness situated at Sobhagpura.
It may be noted that the female patrol team was started to provide protection and support to ladies, kids and tourists in the city. This training is expected to empower the team even further in their endeavour of providing a safe and secure environment to ladies, kids and tourists.
