Receding monsoon is now blessing Badi Lake. The lake touched 30 feet mark on Thursday. It is merely 2 feet away from its capacity. The city experienced dry weather for 2 days and post afternoon on Thursday; mild rain showers were experienced around 4 p.m. Jaisamand Lake overflow increased by 10 cms. As per reports, Jhadol area had 20 mm of rainfall. It is quite likely that the receding phase of monsoon might bring rain showers for a couple of days more. The level of Akodara dam has gone to 16.20 metres. The other dams like Mansi Vakal, Madri, Devas (I) are also receiving water.
