Cyclonic winds bring down temperature

There is a probability of pre-monsoon rains by 20th June. Cyclonic winds have made the temperature fall to a great extent. From 44 degrees last week, the temperature has come down to a good 36 degrees.

Winds blowing everyday have brought down the temperature bringing much relief to the masses. Temperature recorded on Friday was maximum 36.4 and minimum 27.6. Farmers are still worried since they need rains to bless the crops. But Met department says that monsoon is likely to hit Udaipur by 20th June so farmers need not worry.

Winds will continue to blow for a few more days and dust cannot be ruled out because of cyclonic effect. It has been a few days when dust storms made it difficult to get a clear view of the sky. The upper layer of atmosphere could be seen covered with dust and has disturbed life to some extent. Once these winds stop blowing, weather will normalise. Until now, wind has been blowing at a speed of 30 kilometres per hour.
