Udaipur lakes were craving for water since long. Water scarcity had made it almost difficult for the masses to manage with the daily chores. Rural areas were forced to drink dirty water and there was news of people trying to collect water drop by drop.

Fateh Sagar, woith substantial inflow from Picchola and now from Madar, is getting towards the overflow level and pretty soon too… today morning it was nearing the 10ft mark.

We are yet to see our beautiful lakes overflowing and positive vibes are in the air. The city will regain its beauty and the title of ‘Lake City’ will be maintained forever. All we need to do is gear up and plant more trees and keep the city clean. Hoping that roads will be repaired in the best possible way and one day water logging will be history.
