Udaipur, Nov 6, 2025 – Owing to snowfall in Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand, cold winds have started affecting northern Rajasthan. Udaipur, too, is experiencing a sudden change in climate with temperature fluctuations during the night and shift in the weather pattern in the northwestern regions over the past 24 hours.. On Wednesday, the minimum temperature in the city suddenly dropped by 6.2 degrees, settling at 15.4°C.

The maximum temperature did not fluctuate much — it rose slightly by 0.3 degrees over the past 24 hours to 30.3°C.

There was light rain last night in Sri Ganganagar, Hanumangarh, Churu and Pilani leading to a chill in the air. Five cities in Rajasthan recorded night temperatures below 15°C. The steepest drop was in Nagaur, where temperature plunged by 8.9 degrees.
