Udaipur, February 12, 2025 - The city is experiencing warmer climes with the sun beating down strongly leading to the rise in day-time temperatures. The night temperature has dropped to 10°C, while the daytime temperature has risen above 30°C.

Phagun is usually the indicator month for the end of winter. This year, the first day of Phagun will start from February 13 but the heat is already making its presence felt. On the nights of February 3 and 4, the temperature remained above 12°C and 14°C, respectively although the next few days again got cooler with temperatures below 10°C.

According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), yesterday the maximum temperature was recorded at 31.6°C and the minimum at 11.2°C. The day before, on February 10, the maximum temperature was 30.7°C, and the minimum was 10.6°C. Thus, the daytime temperature increased by 1°C, and the night temperature rose by 0.6°C.

The minimum temperature in Udaipur today is likely to hover around 16 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature might reach 28 degrees Celsius. The mercury level is expected to hover around 27 degrees Celsius throughout the day.
