Mild thundershowers that hit Udaipur on Saturday early morning were induced due to cyclonic circulation over western parts of Rajasthan and adjoining Pakistan. Many other places in Rajasthan have experienced a weather change because of this cyclonic circulation.

Weather site Skymet Weather noted that these weather changes are likely to gain intensity in coming days and many more part of Rajasthan likely to receive violent thunderstorm and rain activities. The weather site noted that over last 24 hours, thundershowers and dust storms have covered parts from Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Barmer, Udaipur to northern areas such as Hanumangarh, Ganganagar and Churu.

This weather is likely to stay till 15-May-2019. The weather change has already brought a much needed relief from belting heat with many areas now witnessing a sub-40 degree celsius temperature.

Skymet Weather has predicted that the pre-monsoon shower activities are likely to continue during afternoon and evening making the evenings, nights and mornings pleasant.
