Aayad and its neighboring areas were declared susceptible to risk and high alert is sounded in these areas by the City administration. The administration also set-up a control room with mobile number – 9530322239, which will operate 24-hours.

Though for the last 12 hours, the city has not seen any major rainfall but water bodies in and around city are continuously getting huge amount of inputs.

As per the Irrigation Department, City witnessed 72 mm rainfall in the last 24 hours, measured till 8 AM. Fatehsagar is at 12 ft mark and Pichola is 10 ft.

Badi lake is at 12 ft mark, Bada Madar is running at 20 ft mark, Chotta Madar is at 11.25 ft and Udaisagar has touched 17.46 ft mark. Sisarma and Nandeshwar channel are respectively at 12 ft and 6 ft mark.
