This continued till early afternoon, affecting normal course of life in Udaipur. At 6pm we got figures of 7mm rain being recorded in the city.

According to Metrological Department the rainfall recorded at Dabok was 6.86 mm, while the data provided by Agronomy Department of RCA College was 7.0mm. The unexpected downpour has also affected temperatures bringing down the minimum for the day to 12.5 while the maximum was recorded at 21.5 degrees.

The day remained foggy, throughout the day where visibility was low due to rainfall and fog.

A few trees also got uprooted damaging a couple of cars. Udaipur has witnessed severe climatic conditions in which the lowest temperature of 3 degrees was recorded on 12th January.
