Raising expectation of a good rainy season this year, pre-monsoon is set to hit Udaipur 12 days ahead of schedule. Current weather patterns suggest that pre-monsoon showers may hit Udaipur by 14-June.

Mangilal, Weather scientist said that pre-monsoon normally hits Udaipur every year around 25-June but this year it is expected to arrive by 14-June. It is also expected that some areas in the region may start getting scattered rains over the next couple of days.

A short burst of rain some days back has helped in cooling the temperature of Udaipur a bit. Temperature in Udaipur has stabilized around 38 degree celsius with 38.3 being recorded on Monday and 38.2 degrees recorded on Tuesday.
