Rajasthan Weather Set for a Shift
Activation of a Western Disturbance may result in cloudy skies and light rain accompanied by thunderstorms in some districts from October 10 to 12
UdaipurTimes, Oct 8, 2026 - Rajasthan is likely to see a change in weather conditions from October 10 with a dip in both the minimum and maximum temperatures. Currently, day-time temperatures continue to remain above normal. On Wednesday, October 7, Udaipur recorded a maximum of 36°C and minimum of 18.2°C. Jaipur recorded day-time temperatures at 37.2°C, which was 2.6°C above normal. The minimum temperature was 23.2°C, which was 2.4°C below normal.
Mount Abu recorded the lowest minimum temperature at 14°C, followed by Sirohi at 16.2°C, Bhilwara and Pali at 19.8°C and Nagaur at 19.5°C.
According to the Jaipur Meteorological Centre, the activation of a Western Disturbance may result in cloudy skies and light rain accompanied by thunderstorms at isolated places in some districts of the Bikaner division and the Shekhawati region from October 10 to 12. Ganganagar, Hanumangarh and Churu, some areas of Sikar, Jhunjhunu and Alwar may also see overcast conditions.
After October 10, both minimum and maximum temperatures are likely to fall by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius.
