The people of Udaipur are feeling the shivering chills of the winter season. According to College of Technology and Engineering (CTAE), Udaipur reported the coldest night on Thursday in 41 years. The lowest temperature recorded was 1.3 degree.

The CTAE figures suggest that in 1973, the lowest temperature was recorded on 19th December. Last in 2005, the temperature was 2.7 degree. This season, the maximum temperature recorded has also broken the past records.

Weather scientist Dr. Jyoti Mathur said that this condition was never seen before.

From Dabok Weather Bureau, the minimum temp of 5 degree and maximum of 21.1 degree was recorded of Udaipur.
