Udaipur has remained the coldest in the state at the start of the winters.  Minimum temperature recorded in Udaipur was 10 degree Celsius.

Cloudy conditions in a few parts of Rajasthan, due to the active western disturbances, resulted in increase in humidity and caused the mercury to go north. Udaipur, however remained the coldest with 10 degree celsius minimum temperature. Churu followed a close second at 10.6 degree celsius.

The Met office has, however, predicted the temperature to rise by a few degrees due tp the western disturbances. Jaipur recorded a minium of 15.3 degrees, Pilani 11.6, Kota at 13.6 and Ajmer sharing 14 degrees with Jodhpur.
