Light showers are being witnessed in Udaipur over the last couple of days, with humidity levels rising, but keeping the wrath of the summer under control. While the pre-monsoon showers have already delayed by a week now, the coming days are expected to witness some action from 26 July as the southwest monsoon enters the state from Baran, Jhalawar and Kota districts as per the Met Office.
The Met Office also indicates in its report today that the cyclonic circulation over southeast Rajasthan will bring in further scattered to widespread moderate rainfall accompanied with thunderstorm, lightning and gutsy winds likey over East Rajasthan. Heat wave in isolated pockets of West Rajasthan are expected between 27-28 June, but will abate thereon.
