Weather’s revenge-Temperature crosses 40 again
Rising temperatures disturb lives.
It seems that the weather is taking out its anger. Global warming has taken its toll beyond limit. Temperature has crossed 40 degrees with heat waves beginning right from the early morning hours. The sun is skin burning and as per reports the heat has claimed lives in some states. The cool breeze that followed the thunder storm gave some relief but the situation has become unbearable in the last 24 hours. Scorching heat with the rise in temperatures is making movement almost impossible. School children are finding it difficult to return back home with the unbearable heat waves post 12 noon.

As per met department, a rise of 4.6 degrees was recorded on Tuesday taking the maximum temperature to 40.6, the minimum being 24.4 degrees. Met department says that as per their forecast of rise in temperatures, the rise was calculated for 2 days later but this occurred earlier. There are all the possibilities of temperatures going even higher in the coming days; let’s pray that rising heat will bring in good monsoon which is the urgent need of the city.
