A decline in thunderstorm and rain activity is expected until June 1 except for some isolated places in eastern Rajasthan
Udaipur, May 31, 2025 - The impact of an active Western Disturbance is being observed in the weather conditions across Rajasthan. Yesterday, May 30, the scorching heat of the past few days in various districts of the State was not felt because of a reduction in the intensity of the sun's heat.
According to the weather office, overcast conditions were observed over parts of the Bikaner division, Shekhawati region, and Jaipur and Bharatpur divisions. Some areas recorded light to moderate rainfall accompanied by thunder.
A decline in thunderstorm and rain activity is expected until Sunday, June 1, with isolated places in eastern Rajasthan likely to experience thunderstorms and light rain.
From June 2, another Western Disturbance is expected to become active, bringing a high possibility of thunderstorms and rainfall continuing until June 4. The maximum temperature is likely to remain below 45°C across the State.
Today’s minimum temperature in Udaipur is recorded at 25°C and the maximum temperature is expected to go as high as 35°C. Throughout the day, the maximum temperature is likely to hover around 34°C while minimum temperature is forecast to be 24°C.
