Society of Microvita Research & Integrated Medicine’s members witnessed an astonishing site, 15 Km away from Udaipur at Bheelo ka Bedla where a 9 stemmed Semal tree was found, laden with flowers.

Society’s President Dr. S.K Verma informed that it is a rare sight where the Semal tree is found with 9 elongated stems coming out from the ground which depicts its survival and re-creation.

He said that last year, the tree at the same point was cut down for Holi, yet another one grew at the same spot. The Semal trees attract positive microvita which purifies the environment for spiritual practices. Hence, Semal is considered to be one of the 5 trees of Panchvati.

Society Secretary Vartika Jain says, “The Semal trees are witnessed around Chirwa Ghati, Desuri and Kevde-ki-Naal etc. in few numbers. In this respect, finding a 9 stemmed tree is a great news for all environmentalists.

Due to use during Holi, the Semal trees have reduced in numbers. The society is working to safeguard the trees as they are important for medicinal and spiritual purpose.
