Early morning today, a dog was found stuck between the narrow iron bars of a gate in Neemach Kheda. According to the reports, it was found that the dog was stuck for hours and was crying in distress. Animal Aid received the call and rushed to the scene to help the poor soul.

Upon reaching the site, the rescuers found that the neighbors were skeptical of helping the animal as they thought that the animal must have been bitten as he was panicked and afraid.

Animal Aid on their arrival found that the dog instead, was nonaggressive; it seemed that he knew help has finally arrived. Animal Aid rescuers gently lifted him from both sides of the gate, slowly pushed his hips through the bars and within seconds the animal was set free.

They found that the animal was suffering from Mange (khujli) so the Animal Aid rescuers took him back to the shelter at Badi where he was treated for Mange (injections and medicated baths), animal birth control surgery and vaccination. He is now in a healthy state.
