A student of Dewali Rajkiya Vidhyalaya was bitten today by a Cobra. The Cobra entered through a hole near the door and bit the student. The student was immediately rushed to M.B. hospital and admitted.
Wild and Street Animal Rescue Society (WSARS) team was immediately informed by the school authorities and they rushed to the spot to rescue the reptile. Arvind Singh and Shubham from WSARS reached the school and trapped the snake.
WSARS founder Padam Singh mentioned that the reptile was a Cobra and could have possible come from the nearby hills. He said that the snake is normally poisonous and hence it was imperative to take the kid to the hospital.
