A panther got trapped in a field fence that was used to keep the nilgais (blue bull) away. Forest department team somehow managed to rescue the panther by using tranquilisers.

Prithvi Singh ji ka kheda is a village near Udaipur where blue bulls frequent the fields and destroy the crops. In order to keep the blue bulls away, one of the field owners Bhanwar Singh installed a fence around his field. Incidentally, a female panther entered the field in hope of getting something to prey on. It may be noted that panthers have also created a terror in this village and many a villagers and cattle have been attacked by panthers.

The panther was in for a bad luck this time and got trapped in the fence and couldn’t free itself. The field owner saw the wild beast and informed forest department who had to tranquilise the panther. Once this was done, they encaged the panther and released it in the forest.
