A 6 feet long Python was rescued today by the team of Wild and Street Animal Rescue Society (WSARS). The python was spotted at Khimach Mata temple after which the WSARS team was informed.
Founder of WSARS, Padam Singh, informed that his team comprising of Praveen Singh and Satish rushed to the spot on being informed about the reptile’s presence. The reptile was caught and finally released in the forest area.
Padam Singh said that with the atmosphere warming up, the reptiles have started coming out. He urged the community members to not harm the reptiles and call helpline number 94142-34826, 98295-97722 in all such cases and his team would come for support.
