Rescued Female Leopard shifted to Gulab Bagh

A one-year-old female leopard was shifted to the Gulab Bagh Zoo today from the veterinary hospital. The leopard was rescued from Palodra Forest after she was found on 1st Nov in injured condition.

A one-year-old female leopard was shifted to the Gulab Bagh Zoo today from the veterinary hospital. The leopard was rescued from Palodra Forest after she was found on 1st Nov in injured condition.

According to Dr. Dinesh Vaishnav of Gulab Bagh Zoo, the leopard is now recovering and shifted to the cage adjacent to other leopards. She will be later shifted to the same cage where pair of leopards is kept.

Dr. Vaishnav informed that the main purpose of shifting the animal is to do mating with the male leopard.
