A crocodile was found dead Saturday (today) morning in Biological Park. Employees of forest department carried out this dead crocodile from the cage and handed the dead beast for post-mortem to the veterinary hospital.

As per forest department, these two male crocodiles probably engaged in war the previous night. It is being speculated that the tug of war between these crocodiles resulted in one of them losing the battle. The actual reasons for the death of crocodile will be known only after post-mortem. The dead crocodile was around 25 years old.
