Sajjangarh Bio-Park had welcomed White tiger Rama to add to its attraction of wild life. The tiger has suddenly fallen sick and a special medical team from Jodhpur has been called to treat the sick tiger.

As informed by conservator Shaitan Singh Devra, the white tiger is unwell since past few days. Dr. Karmendra Pratap is taking care of the tiger and giving it the necessary fluids and medications. A blood sample of tiger Rama was sent for investigations. As per reports, it shows symptoms of a disease called Babesia which is a parasitic infection caused by a tick bite. A medical team was formed for deeper investigation of the disease. It was then found that Rama has kidney ailment, too. Medical specialist team from Jodhpur and Jaipur as well have been called to further investigate tiger Rama’s condition so that apt medication can be given.
