An uncontrolled truck loaded with container got rolled over at Debari area and trapped four passersby resulting in the death of one and injuring three. The mishap took place on Saturday at the busy highway of Debari.

The deceased was identified as Nathu Gameti while three injured are Megha Meena, Hemraj and Kanhiyalal Gameti.

According to police, the container truck was coming towards Udaipur and was allegedly over speeding. It lost control and rolled over while the victims, Nathu, Megha, Hemraj and Kanhaiya were standing on roadside to cross the road.

All four victims were also drivers of trucks parked on the other side of road; they were coming from Kotra and halted at Debari to have refreshment.

The traffic of the highway disrupted for few hours until the container was moved through crane and all victims were rushed to the hospital.
