A truck driver died during treatment after he got seriously wounded in an accident that took place Monday morning at Savina Bridge. The mishap occurred when two trucks smashed together.

The head on accident caused serious injuries to the truck driver, Surendra Singh (46) of Taragarh, Ajmer. Surendra Singh was rushed to the hospital by locals, but he died during treatment.

Family of the deceased was informed and the body was handed over to them after postmortem.

Surendra Singh was coming from Devgarh and going to Baroda to deliver a consignment of soapstone.
