In a freak accident that took place today near Central Jail Road, two motorbikes crashed into each other when a traffic police constable allegedly came in middle of the road, to stop a motorbike for violation of rules.

Injured motorcyclists, Rahul Meena and Hitesh were rushed to MB Hospital with multiple injuries and bruises.

According to the information provided, Rahul Meena with his two younger siblings was going towards Udiapol Bus Stand. Suddenly, a traffic constable, whose identity is yet to be ascertained, came in middle of the road to try and stop Meena for carrying two pillion riders.

The sudden emergence of the traffic police constable stunned the motorcyclist who lost control over his bike and crashed into another bike coming from front. The other biker was identified as Hitesh.

Rahul and Hitesh received serious injuries while Rahul’s siblings, Lalit and Sujata escaped with minor injuries.

The traffic constable immediately disappeared from the scene.
