Two incidents of suicide have been reported in last 24 hours. On Friday night, a married woman was found hanging from a tree at a hillock in Sukher area, whereas in the other incident on Saturday, a youth committed suicide by hanging himself from ceiling fan, at his residence in Paneriyon ji Madri.

According to police, 27-year-old Gopal Kanwar resident of Ram Paraya ji Bhagal, Sukher was missing since 20^th January and her husband had also lodged a missing person’s complaint. On the night of 25^th January, few villagers noticed a woman hanging from tree at Khaan ka Magra, later the woman was identified as Gopal Kanwar.

According to sources, the mental condition of deceased was not good as the couple had no children since their marriage.

In another case, a Geet Govind Meghwal (23) resident of Janakpuri, Paneriyon ki Madri was found hanging from ceiling fan in his room yesterday evening. Geet was mentally disturbed, so, police have not found any reason of the suicide.
