After more than 2 hours of search operation, body of a 21-year-old man was found in Lake Badi. The deceased, Raju Puri Goswami, resident of Nago ka Kheda, Palwas went to the Badi Lake with his friends and drowned while swimming.

According to police, Raju was working in a finance company and was currently residing in Udaipur.

Today Raju with a group of friends went to Badi Lake and decided to go for a swim. Raju leading the group went inside the water and drowned.

According to the SHO of Nai Police Station, “Initially, his friends tried to rescue him but after being unable to do so, they called police.”

Soon a team of Nai police station rushed to the scene and started the search operation with the help of local divers.

After more than 2 hours of search, the body was found and shifted to the mortuary. Family of the victim is informed about the mishap.
