In a head on collision between two passenger buses at the Goverdhan vilas area near Eklingarh Cantonment, 19 people got injured and were rushed to the M. B Hospital. The accident took place at around 1.50 am today.

According to one of the victims’ one bus was going towards Ahmadabad while the other one was coming towards Udaipur from Ahmadabad. As the roads were empty, the drivers were driving the buses very fast and lost control on the turn before colliding with each other.

The injured include Prabha (55), Ram Manoj (50), Sajjan Devi (35), Kamla (45), Sangeeta (30), Sughandha (29), Sukhpal (40) Laxman (29), Shamboo (28), Raju Lal (52), Goverdhan (55),Shankar (48), Jasvant (45), Mukesh Kumar (32), Ganesh (50), Shanker Singh (60), Jamna Lal (40), Dashrath (55), and Goverdhan Lal (26).

The information on the residence of the injured is still not clear and all the information has been provided by the hospital sources.
