A 1-year-old child among 2 Killed in Road Accident

Two people, including a one-year-old child died in a road mishap that occurred today at Kurabad, when a Jeep carrying more than half a dozen people from a family rolled over. Five injured in the mishap are referred to Udaipur hospital.

The accident took place when the driver of the jeep tried to save cattle crossing the road.

Deceased, including a 40-year-old woman and a 1-year-old child died on the spot, while other five people of the family received multiple injuries. The family was going to a village in Jagat to attend a wedding.

Death of a young boy in a road accident at Bara Paal tensed the situation as villagers blocked the highway and started demonstration. Goverdhan Vilas police responded the situation and shifted the body to mortuary.
