An 8-year-old boy died on the spot in a tragic road mishap that took place on Monday evening at Jamar Kotra Road.

The incident took place when the boy Shabad Khan was hit by a speeding truck while he was crossing the road. The truck driver fled away immediately after the accident.

 Hiran Magri police has registered the case against the accused driver while the body of the victim was shifted to the mortuary.
