Prahlad Singh Rawat, the 22-year-old who had met with an accident on 15^th August and admitted to M.B. Hospital in a critical condition, succumbed to his injuries today morning.

The deceased, who used to work at a plant nursery in Chittorgarh was coming to Udaipur on a motorbike with one of his friends and colleague Suresh Gayri on Wednesday, 15^th August when suddenly their motorbike crashed with a car near the Old RTO, Pratapnagar.

Due to the intensity of the impact, Prahlad was hurled inside the car and received serious injuries while Suresh fractured his leg. The duo resides at Pahada, Kalkamata.

According to sources, Prahlad was returning home to see his parents who went to pilgrimage and were scheduled to arrive on 16^th August. The youth’s tragic death has stunned the relatives and friends along with residents of the city.
