A 43-year old British tourist died yesterday on 21 Nov. at GBH American Hospital, while undergoing treatment, from last three days. The body of the deceased is shifted to mortuary of MB Hospital for postmortem.

The man is identified as Joseph, who was in Udaipur and staying at Hotel Royal Palace, near Chandpol from last few days. On 18^th Nov, after complaining health problem, he got admitted to GBH American Hospital.

Joseph died during treatment on Wednesday morning. Police was informed about the mishap and later British embassy was also contacted.

Though, no official statement has come by hospital authority on the cause of death, our sources informed that Joseph was undergoing treatment of a tumor. The postmortem of the body will be done only after someone from victim’s family or any representative from British Embassy comes to claim the body.
