A 72-year-old woman Hertiya, wife of Troy from Canada died at Hotel Royal Retreat, Badi. The foreigner was said to be ill and was on medication. She was staying in the hotel from 2 Jan with her husband.

The body of the deceased was shifted to the MB Hospital’s mortuary and the Canadian Embassy has been informed about the death. Procedure of postmortem will be done only after the visit of the any representative from Canadian Embassy.

According to police, “The woman was ill from 7^th Jan and taking medicines for that, today morning she suddenly died”.
