Nearly half a dozen people were injured after a car and a roadways bus crashed on the Udaipur – Gogunda Road, near Jaswantgarh today. Three of the severely wounded were referred to MB Hospital.

According to information, the accident occurred at Jaswant Garh when a roadways bus coming from Ranakpur and travelling to Udaipur collided with a Maruti car carrying four persons, coming from Ambaji. The passengers of the car were residents of Gogunda. The driver of the car, Om, was injured along with his wife, daughter and a relative.

Passers-by informed the Gogunda Police and the injured were shifted to M.B. Hospital in Udaipur.

Names of the injured admitted to MB Hospital are: Rani (7 yrs) d/o Omji and Ranjana (30 yrs) w/o Omji, residents of Dundra Village and Pawan Kumari (20) w/o Waga Ram resident of Undra Tpali Village.
