Bharat Mandwani, a well known property dealer of Udaipur committed suicide by jumping into Lake Fatehsagar today evening.

Mandwani, resident of Road No.10, Ashok Nagar was said to be in depression due to heavy debts. The deceased could not be rescued as he drowned several feet deep into the lake.

The body was pulled out and rushed to the hospital where doctors declared him dead and shifted for postmortem.

Bharat Mandwani went to Rani Road side of the lake and jumped into the water, some passersby saw his body floating and informed police.

In initial investigation it came out that the victim ran a firm named Sahil Properties and was facing financial crisis since few months.
