An Electronics Shop situated in the Indraprastha Complex near Delhi Gate was completely gutted in fire.

The fire, which is reported to have started at 5:30 today morning, spread in the entire shop, completely burning all equipment that was lying in the shop. The loss is estimated to be around Rs. 3 lac.

The shop is situated on the first floor of the complex in the front wing.

The fire is supposed to have been caused by a suspected short circuit. It took three fire brigade vehicles around 2 hours to douse the flames, after which the damage was accounted for.
