A 27-year-old Man from Vagatpura Village, District Rajsamand committed suicide after giving poisonous substance to his two children aged 6 and 10. The neighbors found the bodies of the victims lying in their house today morning.

Though no specific reason has been discovered yet but according to police, clash between husband and wife is assumed to be the cause of suicide. At the time of incident, wife of the deceased man was at her parental house.

Harendra Singh, SHO, Kunwariya Police Station informed, “The deceased Udailal was taxi driver. He supposedly gave cold drink mixed with poisonous substance to his 10 year old son Subhash and 6 year old daughter Raveena and later he himself consumed the same. A bottle of pesticide was found nearby the bodies.”

The neighbors forced open the door out of suspicion and found all three lying unconscious. They were rushed to hospital where all of them were declared dead.

According to the neighbors, wife of Udailal went to her parent’s house just a day before, after the couple had a fight. This could be the reason why Udailal’s took the harsh step.
