Panic gripped Saheli Nagar area on Wednesday afternoon after fire erupted in a house due to short circuit.

Soon after getting the information of the incidence, 3 fire engines rushed to the scene and controlled fire within 30 minutes. The fire caused damage to books, clothes, gates and other valuable items of the house but no casualty of life was reported.
