20-year-old Pooja Motwani died after being seriously wounded in a road mishap that took place today afternoon at Pula Bridge.

The accident took place when a tanker hit the motorcycle. Pooja’s brother, Jagan was riding the bike while Pooja was pillion rider.The crash was so stern that both Pooja and Jagan flung several feet high in the air.

They were rushed to hospital in serious condition. Pooja succumbed to her injuries during treatment while her brother is still undergoing treatment and said to be in critical condition.

According to police, both were going back home at Bhuwana’s Indira Colony when they met with the fatal accident. The tanker driver is absconding.
