In a late night mishap, Sack Godown in Savina turned into a gigantic ruin after it caught fire at 10:30 PM.
In a late night mishap, Sack Godown in Savina turned into a gigantic ruin after it caught fire at 10:30 PM.
According to the owners, Sack (baardaan) Godown, which is spread in 10,000 sq. ft. area near Rajputana Resort at Savina Math, caught fire at 10.30 PM today. The fire immediately became viral and engulfed the whole godown area.
As we write this, 6 vehicles of Fire Brigade are on the spot and are struggling to keep the flames low and get a grab over it.
The whole premise is divided between the two brothers Bhanwar Lal Jain and Moti Lal Jain. They have been running separate business inside the premises namely – Bhagya Trading and Mukesh & Company handled by Bhanwar Lal and Moti Lal respectively.
According to the owners, goods’ valuing more than Rs. 50 lac turned into smoke, though the actual loss amount is unclear.
Hiran Magri Police also reached the spot along with the fire brigade and registered the mishap.
