A 30-year-old BHMS student at Rajasthan Vidyapeeth has prima facie committed suicide by consuming a poisonous substance.   The body of Yogesh Kumar (Photo inset above), who hailed originally from Karauli was found in the kitchen of his rented house at Ashok Nagar.

According to police, Yogesh was a student of 2^nd year and was also working in a private company.  He was studying in Udaipur from the last 5 years.  The reason of the suicide is still not known and the investigation is on.

The incident came to light when Ajay, a friend of Yogesh came to his house to check why he was not answering their phone from the last 2 days.   After knocking on the door several times, when there was no response, Ajay immediately informed police and also called Yogesh’s elder brother Ved Prakash, who is a teacher at a government school in Jhadol.

Police discovered Yogesh’s body lying on the floor of kitchen and a cup with leftover tea was also found near the body.

The body of the deceased was shifted to the mortuary and handed over to Ved Prakash after post mortem.

According to available with the Police, Yogesh was last seen on 27^th Feb by his younger brother Devesh, who came to meet him from Jhadol and stayed for a whole day with him.
