Jharkhand Woman Pilgrim Dies in Road Accident

A 55 year old woman died today afternoon at GBH American Hospital while undergoing treatment after she was hit by an unidentified motorcyclist at the Udasin mata Mandir at Ashok Nagar main road on 30 Oct.

Rajkumari Jain w/o Dr. Sunil Ajmera, resident of Hajari bagh, Jharkhand was on religious tour of different temples in the country. She visited temples around Udaipur, Rajsamand, Mount Abu etc.

Yesterday after visiting the Jain temple at Ashok Nagar with her Daughter, she was hit by a fast moving bike while crossing the road and got seriously injured. After this, she was taken to the GBH American Hospital by an Auto Rickshaw driver.

Rajkumari‘s husband is a Doctor and runs a Diagnostic Lab at the Hajari Bagh, Jharkhand. The relatives of victim rushed to Udaipur but while undergoing treatment, Rajkumari Ajmera succumbed to her injuries today at 2.30pm and the body was handed over to the family after the postmortem.

The number on the license plate of the bike was provided to the police, which registered the case and started the investigation.
