Man found dead in Chirva village; Possibly killed by NilgaiA man was found lying dead on a road near his farm at the Chirva village. The victim identified as Ghanshyam Menaria left his house yesterday morning and didn’t turn up ever since.

While searching for him, his family found him lying dead on a road few meters away from his farm.

Prima facie, it appears that the victim might have been killed after being hit by a Blue bull (Nilgai) as he had injury marks on his chest and other parts of the body and foot prints on the road matched those of a blue bull.

Ghanshyam Menaria, resident of Chirva village, was a farmer and he left his house yesterday morning to go his farm. When he did not turn up till today morning, family members initiated a search operation and found the victim’s body on the road side near his farm with injuries on his chest.

The family members of the deceased immediately informed Sukher police which then reached the spot. The body was shifted to mortuary and after postmortem it was handed over to the family members.

Other villagers also informed the police that they have often seen blue bull come inside the farm of Ghanshyam and this incident might have been a case of Ghanshyam being hit by the wild animal.
