In a sheer shocking incident, a bus passenger died after being overrun by the same bus he was journeying in. Moreover, none of the passengers in the bus including victim’s wife and relatives noticed the incident.

The mishap took place when Ram Naresh (30), from Madhya Pradesh got down from the bus for refreshment at Debari Bridge. The bus was going towards Gujarat. When the bus was about to leave, he was, perhaps the last person to get in.

According to police, it is highly presumed that the victim in attempt to get inside the moving bus, slipped off and his body was overrun by rear tyre of the bus, killing him instantly.

Due to late night, many passengers were fast asleep including victim’s family. So nobody noticed the incident and the bus proceeded towards its destination.

Today Ram Naresh’s body was found lying at Debari. He was identified through his mobile phone which helped police to contact his family.

According to police, the family of the deceased man were unknown about the accident until they were informed by Udaipur police. The wife of Ram Naresh thought that he might be sitting at bus cabin, near the driver.

After getting the shocking information, victim’s family is coming back to Udaipur.
