A woman died in mysterious circumstances after complaining pain in abdomen. According to police, prima facie, the cause of death is assumed to be consumption of unknown poisonous substance.

Anupama Gahlot (27), resident of Maldas Street was attending a wedding ceremony at her parental house in Kurj, Railmagra.

Last night, Anupama complained of pain in her stomach; her relatives took her to the local health centre at Kurj, where after taking initial medicine she was sent back home.

Later, around midnight she once again felt the pain in her stomach and her trembling body started to throw form out of her mouth. Local doctors of Kurj immediately referred her to Udaipur’s MB Hospital.

Anupama died before reaching hospital.

The body of the deceased is shifted to MB Hospital’s mortuary for postmortem.
