A 22-year-old motorcycle rider died on the spot in a road accident that took place today at Dabok. The body of the deceased is shifted to the mortuary.

The mishap occurred when the victim motorcyclist hit a car due to the head on collision. The deceased received severe head injuries and died on the spot.

According to police, the deceased is identified as Dilip Keer, resident of Roi Kheda Village, Dabok. Dilip was returning home on his motorcycle, when he reached Tea Point at Dabok. A car coming from opposite direction collided with the motorcycle.

The car driver fled away leaving the car on the spot. Pratap Nagar police has registered the case against the driver and started investigation.
