Due to utter negligence of a tourist youth driving a car rashly, three residents of Udaipur suffered injuries. The car has been taken into Police custody, however, the culprits fled somehow, escaping from the violent mob. The victims have been referred to hospital.

In a road accident today afternoon, the driver of a fast moving Innova car lost control and banged into a wall of B. N. College after hitting three victims on its way. The public caught the driver and allegedly beat him, however, somehow the culprit driver and two of his friends touring with him succeeded in escaping from the scene.

The victims, Siddique s/o Liyaqut Husain, resident of Sajjan Nagar Mullatali; Akash s/o Vinod Chanchar, resident of Hiran Magri Sector 5 and Kamlendra, resident of Bedla, were employees of Manama Motors and were waiting outside their office today after noon, when the car heading from Udaipur to Pratap Nagar banged into them.

Students of the College and other by standers beat the driver and damaged the car by throwing stones, the three culprits however, fled from scene.

According to the police, Mayank Sharma, resident of Dungarpur, was driving the car and two of his friends were with him. The group had come to Udaipur for a private function and was on their way back when the driver lost control over the car and crashed into B. N. College wall after hitting three employees of Manama Motors.

On receiving the information of the mishap, Police rushed to the scene, took the car under their custody while the injured were transferred to GBH American Hospital.
